Your team members will need access to your Lookback organization in order to take part in your studies and to run their own studies. Invite them to join your organization.

2. Choose your research method

Lookback is designed to accomodate your mixed-method research needs. Choose to conduct moderated or unmoderated usability tests, or have face-to-face conversations with your users — all in the same Project.

We also support every prototyping platform — prototypes can be accessed via a browser or within their own app. Insert your link in the Landing Page or Instructions section of your Test Plan.
