Will you be observing a session as an outside stakeholder? Here’s everything you need to know ahead of time!

1. Prepare to observe a Live Session

Prior to the scheduled time of the session, please make sure to:

<aside> 🔽 Download the latest Google Chrome Browser if you’re observing LiveShare — no downloads required if sitting in on Interview sessions.

<aside> 📶 Check you have a strong Wifi Connection. You can do a quick speed test here.

<aside> 🔗 Find the link that the moderator sent for you to join the LiveShare session. It'll look like this: https://lookback.io/OrgName/ProjectName

2. Joining a session

You will receive an email with a Public Link from the moderator of the session as it begins.

Simply click the link and:

1. authenticate yourself using your Lookback account (if you have one)
2. authenticate yourself via Google

Once logged in you will have access to a limited version of the Player where they can take part in research in that particular session only.

Please use a Google Chrome Browser for LiveShare, or any browser for Interview.
