Everything you need to know to observe a Lookback session

1. Create an account

You will need to be part of your team’s Lookback organization. The owner of the organization will send you an invite via email. Accept the invitation and create an account before joining a session.

Observers with SAML-enabled accounts can automatically join the organization without needing an invite.

2. Prepare to observe a Live Session

To ensure things will run smoothly when you join, please make sure to:

<aside> 🔽 Download the latest Google Chrome Browser if you’re observing LiveShare — no downloads required if sitting in on Interview sessions.

<aside> 📶 Check you have a strong Wifi Connection. You can do a quick speed test here.

<aside> 🔗 Find the link that the moderator sent for you to join the LiveShare session. It'll look like this: https://lookback.io/OrgName/ProjectName

3. When you’re ready to join

Once you’re ready to join the session at the scheduled time:

  1. Open the link via the url field in the Google Chrome Browser on a Desktop/Laptop (LiveShare) OR in any browser (Interview).
